Dr. Sheetalba Rana holds a Phd in in Business Management from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. She has completed Master’s in Business Administration from Gujarat University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management(PGDHRM) from IGNOU, New Delhi. She has 14+ years of rich academic and corporate experience. Dr. Sheetalba Rana started her career with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Pvt Ltd as Unit Manager and subsequently got promoted as Sr. Agency manager. she is also a visiting faculty for various Govt. schemes like MSME, UDISHA etc. She is appointed as Governing council member of JVIMS. Dr. Sheetalba Rana is Training & Placement officer of JVIMS (MBA & MCA ). She is actively involved in campus recruitment process. she is also look after summer internship and industrial visit for students. Dr. Rana has contributed various research paper in the National and International academic conferences. Her articles and research papers have been published in various popular UGC Care Journals and Magazines with higher impact factor like International Journal of Advance Research in Computer Science and Management Studies , Edu World and Sambodhi and has guided many MBA students research projects .She has also been trained in teaching tools & techniques for management teachers through faculty development program at Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has also participated in various FDP organized by AICTE and UGC.
